We delivered a master plan for the development of the decommissioned RAF Coltishall.

The site includes a number of World War Two listed buildings and other structures associated with military aviation and local history. The control tower and officer’s facilities have survived in good condition but require a new, sustainable use.

The site is very large, and relatively remote, so access to, and transport around the site are of primary importance. The study included the possibility of expanded housing and mixed industrial uses.
